DuMars said she had a vision to highlight women chefs and farmers in WNY. Her project was set to debut in Spring 2020 and then adapted to zoom for COVID. Each zoom features a woman gardener or chef in Western New York
DuMars owns Crown Hill Farms in Eden, NY. She seeks to empower wellness and simplicity. The vision of her farm is, " to create a sanctuary for community, food, animals and a business that are all mindfully grown".
She feels passionate about building community and empowering women in food around her.
