INGREDIENTS (Serves: 4)
5 medium-size rope peaches2 Tbsp. raw honey
¼ cup vanilla almond milk
2 tsp. Lemon zest
STEPS
- Remove the pits from the peaches and then roughly dice into 1” cubes;
- Transfer them to a freezer bag / freezer-safe container then place then in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 6 hours / overnight;
- Once frozen, transfer the peaches to a food processor;
- Add the honey, almond milk and lemon zest to the processor as well then blend until smooth;
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and then smooth it down with a spoon / spatula;
- Seal the container and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours;
- Serve cold and enjoy!
TIPS
- Defrost for 10 minutes before placing in a food processor so that they are able to break loose
- You can replace vanilla almond milk with any type of milk you like, for example oat milk or cashew milk

- Peaches contain high amount of fiber that aid with digestion and reduce the likelihood of constipation.
- Other than containing nutrients like various vitamin B, phosphorus, magnesium, iron. It also expresses anti-oxidant effect and lowers blood cholesterol.
- Peaches contain high amount of water. Making it a great fruit to eat during hot summer days to reduce thirst.
