Leak Dip

INGREDIENTS (Serves: 20)

¾ cup chopped leeks
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy salad dressing
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp white sugar
½ (12oz) jar bacon bits
Salt
Pepper

STEPS

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly
  2. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until well chilled

TIPS

  1. Daiya cream cheese is a vegan, non-dairy option to replace over regular cream cheese.
  2. Low fat salad dressings are recommended to lower the total fat content for this recipe.
  3. Creamy salad dressing option: Blue cheese, thousand island, caesar, ranch
  4. Sour cream can be added to give this recipe a bit of sour tone and make it less greasy.
  5. Homemade dairy-based dip is best in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
