Sun Dried Tomatoes

 

INGREDIENTS (Serves: 4)

Cherry tomatoes

Olive oil

Salt


STEPS
  1. Wash and rinse cherry tomatoes
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices (about 3-44 slice per tomato)
  3. Lay the sliced tomatoes on cookie sheet flat and separate from each other
  4. Drizzle olive oil according to personal preference 
  5. Sprinkle salt on top 
  6. Put into oven and bake at 275F for at least 2-3 hours


TIPS
  1. The lesser the oil you drizzle the crispier the tomatoes get when it is done
  2. Homemade dried tomatoes can be stored in refrigerator for up to 6-9 months
