INGREDIENTS (Serves: 4)
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt
STEPS
- Wash and rinse cherry tomatoes
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices (about 3-44 slice per tomato)
- Lay the sliced tomatoes on cookie sheet flat and separate from each other
- Drizzle olive oil according to personal preference
- Sprinkle salt on top
- Put into oven and bake at 275F for at least 2-3 hours
TIPS
- The lesser the oil you drizzle the crispier the tomatoes get when it is done
- Homemade dried tomatoes can be stored in refrigerator for up to 6-9 months
